Website information and requests
This site provides real estate information and ways to contact Nathaniel. Property information, availability, and pricing can change and should be confirmed before you rely on them. Submitting a form or using chat does not create a representation agreement or submit an offer. An appointment is confirmed only when Calendly or Nathaniel provides a confirmation.
SMS Terms — Vegas Collection Homes
By entering your phone number and selecting the optional text consent checkbox, you agree to receive messages about your real estate inquiry, requested property information, and appointments from Vegas Collection Homes. Messages may include inquiry responses, scheduling, appointment confirmations and reminders, and follow-up about your request. Automated messages and responses assisted by Rosa, Nathaniel’s identified AI assistant, may be used.
Message frequency varies based on your requests and conversations. Message and data rates may apply. Text consent is optional and is not a condition of purchasing services or buying or selling a home. Providing a phone number alone does not enroll you in automated texts. Use a number you own or are authorized to use.
Stopping messages and getting help
Reply STOP to a program text to opt out. You may receive a final confirmation of your opt-out. Reply HELP for assistance, or contact Nathaniel at 702.982.9667 or Nathan@vegascollectionhomes.com. You can also contact Nathaniel to withdraw permission for calls or other follow-up. Please let us know if your phone number changes.
Text delivery depends on your carrier and service availability. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Text messages are not a method for emergency assistance or time-sensitive contractual notices.
AI assistance
Rosa is an AI assistant, not a human agent. AI responses may contain errors. Nathaniel handles professional real estate advice, negotiations, contracts, and transaction decisions. Ask Nathaniel to confirm information that affects a purchase or sale. Availability of automated messaging, calling, and chat depends on which services are currently enabled.
Privacy
Our Privacy Policy explains how contact details, conversations, and communication permissions are handled. Mobile numbers and SMS opt-in information are not sold or shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes.
We may update these terms as the website and services change. The effective date above identifies the current version.
