This policy explains how Vegas Collection Homes, Nathaniel Fosburg’s real estate website, handles information submitted through this site. Nathaniel is a REALTOR® with Realty ONE Group / LVTeamRealty.

Information you provide

When you request information, we collect the details you choose to provide, such as your name, email address, phone number, property address, home preferences, timing, and message. We record your contact permissions, their date, and the version of the consent wording. A campaign link may add its source to your inquiry so Nathaniel knows how you reached the site. If you use Rosa when chat is available, your conversation and any contact request may be saved and shared with Nathaniel.

How we use information

We use your information to respond to your request, provide requested property information, coordinate appointments, and manage follow-up in our CRM. Optional email updates require the email permission shown on the form. Automated texts and AI-assisted calls require the relevant contact permission. Submitting a request does not require you to agree to texts or calls.

Text messages and mobile privacy

Text messages from Vegas Collection Homes concern your real estate inquiry, requested property information, and appointments. Messages may be automated or assisted by Rosa, an identified AI assistant. Message frequency varies with your requests and conversations. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out of texts or HELP for help. You can also contact Nathaniel directly to change your preferences. Consent is not a condition of purchase.

We do not sell or share your SMS opt-in data or personal information with third parties for marketing purposes. Mobile numbers and SMS opt-in information are also not shared with affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Service providers may process this information only as needed to provide services for us, such as message delivery, hosting, and CRM storage. SMS opt-in consent is not transferred to other businesses for their own messaging campaigns.

Service providers and external websites

Our hosting, email, messaging, and AI service providers process information needed to operate the features you use. When enabled, Rosa’s chat sends conversation text to an AI provider to generate responses. Please do not submit passwords, Social Security numbers, bank details, or other sensitive financial information through website forms or chat.

Property search and appointment scheduling may open or embed external services, including MLS Matrix and Calendly. Those services have their own privacy policies and may collect information when you use them.

Cookies and technical information

Cookies may be used to maintain a chat session or sign-in state. Hosting and security services may process technical information, such as IP addresses, browser information, and access logs, to operate and protect the website.

Retention and your choices

We keep contact requests and related records as needed to respond, provide services, document communication preferences, and meet applicable recordkeeping obligations. Contact Nathaniel to request access, a correction, deletion, or a change to your contact permissions. Some records may need to be retained to honor an opt-out or meet a recordkeeping obligation. You may unsubscribe from optional email updates using the link in those emails.
